Entrada Systems was engaged to design, fabricate, and install a complete façade package spanning over 9,200 m². The scope included:

• Aluminium Windows & Doors: 2,400 m²
• Fixed Aluminium Batten Screens: 600 m²
• Aluminium Car Park Louvres: 110 m²
• Aluminium Feature Fins: 80 linear metres
• Coloured Glass Features, Vitrabond Cladding & Zinc Panelling

All elements were delivered with a focus on performance, durability, and architectural integration. Our team worked closely with the builder and architect to achieve a cohesive façade solution that met structural and aesthetic requirements.

KEY FEATURES:

• High-Performance Glazing: Optimised for energy efficiency, daylighting, and acoustic performance across all levels.
• Architectural Fins & Screens: Provided articulation, privacy, and solar control while enhancing the building’s vertical rhythm.
• Custom Aluminium Systems: All systems were powder coated to specification and installed with precision to meet project tolerances and sequencing.
• Integrated Materials: Total Facades coordinated multiple finishes and substrates—including precast, zinc, and aluminium—ensuring a seamless result.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

Despite challenging ground conditions during excavation, the project was delivered four months ahead of schedule—demonstrating strong coordination across teams. Entrada Systems played a key role in achieving this milestone, managing logistics and installation across multiple façade systems.

The project received industry recognition, including a commendation in the 2014 UDIA Awards for High Density Development.
